Investing in Real Estate when you have NO MONEY.
Sounds like a joke, right? Not any more, thanks to Groundfloor and their crowdfunding concept. Groundfloor is a crowdfunded real estate program. For the last year I’ve had a few of my investments fully repaid with interest included. It is an easy to use platform. The company was founded in 2013 by Brian Dally and Nick Bhargava and is headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. Their goal is to:
reformat and open private capital markets for the benefit of individual investors and the investments they fund.
GROUNDFLOOR is a unique financial product for individual investors that allows non-accredited and accredited investors alike to participate directly in real estate investment loans on a fractional basis ( $10 increments)
I am not the only one using the service though, it has received national praises:
Groundfloor is good for Investors:
They offer crowdfunding on different investment properties. They offer different terms on their properties and the user interface is very easy to sort through and understand.
