Apprentice

Description:
The apprentice position is meant to be a six-month training program that will get you ready for more responsibilities and a higher ranking position at the end of it. You will spend time on crews of all levels of responsibilities helping where needed and soaking up all that is around you.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Someone interested in learning how to build, fix, and maintain things.

Qualifications:

  • Pass Interview Process
  • High School Graduate
    • If still in high school, 4.0 GPA is mandatory
  • Able to stand, walk, run, carry stuff for long time in extreme conditions.

Compensation:

$10 – $11.99

Crew

Description:

You are the front line of our company, performing all of the operational tasks that need to get done on a daily basis.

Crew Leader

Description:

You are responsible for making sure that everyone on your job site is prepared, understands what needs to get done, and job logistics are planned out.

Division Manager

Description:

We have two operations divisions; maintenance, and enhancements. You will be responsible for the crew leaders, crew, and apprentices. It is your responsibility to make sure that all jobs are completed to 100% satisfaction. This includes training, job operations, customer service, and presenting a professional image at all times.

Manager of Operations

Description:

Ideal Candidate:

  • Someone who has worked in all of the prerequisite Operation roles within the company.
  • Someone who also understands the sales roles of the company and can work well with that branch.
  • Someone who can proficiently and independently complete all tasks and services performed by those they are managing.
  • Someone who is interested in helping those they manage grow within the company as well as their personal lives.

Responsibilities:

Just like the position name says, you will be in charge of making sure all operations are running like a well oiled machine. You will be in charge of making sure all employees under you are well trained, have the tools and materials needed to do a terrific job while also managing customer issues and coordinating with the sales team to ensure new work is managed efficiently.

You will have seniority over all others in the maintenance department, be on the same level as the Sales Manager and report regularly to Colin.
