Our base price for a One-Time Lawn Mowing is $60 per 1/4 acre.

Milage Fee
There will be a mileage consideration for all jobs more than 10 miles from Euclid, Ohio. This will be worked into the quoted price for the job.
Grass Height Fee
If the grass is considered to be very overgrown or has a pending city citation, a grass height fee will be worked into the quoted price for the job.
This fee covers the additional time to get all the grass evenly cut and properly cleaned up.

Billing & Payment
A 50% down payment by credit card is required to get the service scheduled and the remainder will be billed upon completion of the service.

Commercial grade mowers are used to mow all grass areas of your property to a height of 2.5 - 4 inches depending on the time of the year.

We will cut a defined edge separating your lawn from flower beds, driveway, and sidewalks.
