Our lawn mowing service consists of 6 Steps:

1. Initial Inspection:
   Upon arrival, we will do a walk-through of the yard. We pick up any debris that would interfere with mowing, move lawn furniture out of the way, and take notes on the condition of the yard.
2. Mowing:
   After the initial inspection, we use commercial-grade lawn mowers to mow all the grass areas of your property. Depending on the time of year, our blades are set between 2.5 inches and 4.5 inches. We will mulch the clippings back into the yard unless otherwise instructed.
3. Trimming & Edging:
   After all of the areas are mowed, we use line trimmers to trim any areas the mowers missed along with cutting a defined edge between the lawn and flower beds. We also use this tool to define an edge along your sidewalks, walkways, and driveways. At this point in the service, the lawn will all be one even height, edges trimmed and looking good.
4. Blow Down:
   We then use high-powered blowers to remove any clumps of grass in the lawn and all clippings from the walkways, driveway, and street.
5. Final Inspection:
   All of our equipment is now put away and we are going to do one final inspection of the lawn to make sure there isn’t a blade of grass out of place.
6. Report:
   We will send you an email with any notes we thought you should know about and a general update about the service.

We will check on your lawn once a week from April through the end of November and mow it whenever there has been noticeable growth. There will be weeks that we skip the mowing due to the ground being too wet or temperatures being too high.

We will never mow the lawn in conditions that could lead to us damaging the lawn or stressing it out in times of Summer Heat.
